Booking Terms
All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit and our written confirmation.
Payment Policy
A deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure: 90% refund. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
Our Liability
Aadam Holidays acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense caused by events beyond our control.
